Welcome
Jesus said: Love God. Love Everybody.
This is the vision of Shepherd of the Hills. It's that simple, and that complicated.
Our vision comes directly from Jesus’ Great Commandment to his followers to “Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself.”
We believe the vision to “Love God, Love Everybody” is not only the guiding light for us as a faith community, but it’s a way of living out our faith that fully expresses the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Jesus welcomed everyone to the table, and we feel it’s our calling as a church family to do the same. We'd love to have you come and join us at the table!
What To Expect
Worship with us on Sunday mornings! A typical service at Shepherd of the Hills lasts about 70-75 minutes and includes a message by one of our preachers. To learn more about who we are and what we believe, click here! Because we connect to God in various ways, we offer worship experiences that reflect that diversity. Each month, we will engage in a variety of worship styles and content, including Community Worship, Worship with The Band, Worship with The Choir, and Contemplative Worship. You can learn more about our worship experience here! Every Sunday, we celebrate the Lord’s Supper, or Holy Communion. We practice Open Communion here at Shepherd. You don’t have to be a member to participate. All are welcome at the table here!
Children are always welcome in worship. We have family-friendly areas called “Imagination Stations” on either side of the Worship space, near the windows. There you’ll find building and crafting supplies, children’s worship bulletins, crayons, markers, and lots of paper for creativity. Care for infants through 23 months is available in our Nursery. We also offer Sunday morning programming for 2- 5 yr-olds, and for K-5th graders. You can learn more about the faith formation our Kid’s Programming provides by clicking here!
When you come, we encourage you to stop by one of our Connect Tables! Our Connect Team would love to welcome you, show you around, help you find the coffee station and answer any questions you may have. You can find them stationed at the Connect Table located at the entrance of our main building. After worship, you are welcome to hang out and get to know people, and you can always stop by our Missions, Youth, and Faith Formation Tables to find out more about what’s happening here at SHPC as we seek to Love God & Love Everybody.
