Shepherd of the Hills Presbyterian Church Preschool, established in 1987, provides a nurturing Christian environment for children 12 months through pre-k. Our goal is to help children grow spiritually, socially, academically, physically, emotionally and cognitively. We offer age-appropriate curriculum, chapel and music and movement. We strive to provide part-time, affordable and safe childcare.

Shepherd of the Hills Preschool is a special place where all the teachers know every student’s name, provide early education that sets them up for a lifetime of learning, and help them play and explore in a safe environment.
Tuition alone cannot cover the cost of improvements. As a nonprofit, every tuition dollar goes directly toward staff salaries, classroom supplies, equipment, utilities, and custodial services. We work hard to maintain the lowest staff-to-child ratios in the area while having affordable tuition.
Generous donations in the spring of 2024 allowed us to pay for important building upkeep, including a necessary repair to our tile floors and install of a shade tree on the playground. We can continue to provide a comfortable, safe, and positive learning environment for our students and teachers thanks to these purchases. This year, we aim to raise $5,000 to pay for a significant improvement to our playground. Our Love My Preschool fundraiser runs the whole month of February.
