PCHAS specialists serve to strengthen trust and communication in families experiencing crisis, train and license foster care families, and provide free access to open adoption resources. SHPC provides ongoing support by funding programs directly and sharing in-kind through the Back-to-School Drive, Souper Bowl of Caring, and the Christmas Angel Tree.
